The Foreclosure Cleaning Business Is Hot

I kid you not. As a foreclosure cleaning contractor, the world is your oyster. The income potential is so enormous that it boggles the mind.

You can start this business right now… on a part-time basis… and before long you’ll begin bringing in a ton of full-time cash. This is one of the fastest and most financially rewarding business opportunities in over 20 years. It’s also one of the most difficult. Wimps and lazy folks that are afraid of using elbow grease need not apply.

With unemployment rates escalating, banks not lending, creditors losing their shirts, and people filing for bankruptcy every day… people are losing their homes at a breakneck speed. And as they are forced to leave their homes, the long list of foreclosed properties continues to rise.

So what does this have to do with you and why am I even telling you about it? I mean… you have your own financial challenges… right? Well… let’s see if I can shed some light on the foreclosure topic along with making your financial problems disappear.

First of all… banks are NOT in the real estate business. They’re in the money lending business. They don’t want those foreclosed properties on their books because it makes it very difficult… if not impossible… for them to borrow money on non-performing assets. But that’s another story.

So the bank really needs to get the property in presentable shape as quickly as possible. The property might need a bit of landscaping, a clean and fresh interior, debris removed, etc. You probably wouldn’t think seriously about purchasing a smoke and debris filled home for your children… would you?

Banks are also NOT in the property cleaning business. All they want is to get those properties off their books as quickly as possible… ready for a buyer, whether it’s an investor or potential homeowner.

That’s where the foreclosure cleaning contractor comes to the bank’s rescue by fulfilling their request expeditiously. It won’t be easy. You’ll need to clean the entire dwelling, add a fresh coat of paint, change the locks, repair broken windows, haul away trash and left-behind furniture and clothing, and a myriad of other tasks to make this property inhabitable. You’ll also need to maintain the property until a new buyer takes possession.

There are many home improvement DIY magazines, videos, books, and manuals that can teach you to repair a dripping faucet, replace a light fixture, install a toilet, and build steps.

However, there aren’t any manuals at the hardware store that will guide you step-by-step through the entire process of setting up your own… extraordinarily lucrative Foreclosure Cleaning Contracting business.

The wealth of experience between these pages will give you an edge on success. You’ll be virtually taken by the hand from the planning stage through setting up and finally… to actually running your very own successful foreclosure cleaning business.

This course provides you with all the information you need to cash in on this explosive foreclosure avalanche. You’ll be privy to all the insider secrets that level the playing field so that you can join the ranks of the WEALTHY.

This manual offers secret strategies used by the most successful foreclosure cleaning contractors in the industry. You will learn where to find your best potential clients and exactly what to say to them to ensure that they hire you as their cleaning contractor.

As I mentioned earlier… this job isn’t the easiest work you’ve ever done. Actually… there’s a good chance it may be the hardest. But you can bet one thing… your hard work will pay off very, very, very well!

And did I mention that you can do this business from your kitchen or dining room table? Oh yes! No need to lease expensive space, order extra phone lines, purchase office furniture, etc. I can see you mentally cleaning off the dining room table to make room for your laptop, forms, maps, etc. that you’ll be using in your new foreclosure cleaning business!

If the first few property cleanouts have your muscles screaming… rub down at night with Ben Gay and skip to the bank in the morning! If you can get past “lazy”… you’ll soon begin to realize some of the dreams that you originally thought were out of reach.

Also, in the beginning, don’t get greedy and attempt to claim every job that’s offered to you. You’ll find that just two properties (in the beginning) will be more than enough to maintain while still being lucrative.

Remember that you’re in the learning stage and that your number one priority is to impress your clients so they’ll continue sending you properties. Once you become known as a trustworthy, honest, and hardworking contractor who gets the job done by your client’s deadline (yes, they do have deadlines)… there will be no need to ever solicit business or purchase expensive advertising because your phone will ring off the hook with requests for your services!

Isn’t it time for you to cash in on this hidden and secret industry that desperately needs your services? Can you see your dreams coming true very shortly?

The truth of this awesome opportunity is really simple. The economic downturn… that was in part caused by unscrupulous business practices, vulnerable homeowners, and a myriad of other unfortunate business practices… has created a foreclosure tsunami that is here to stay.

If you’ve ever wanted to create massive wealth… this is your opportunity… the time is NOW.

The FORECLOSURE CLEANING BUSINESS IS A GOLDMINE!

Change your life TODAY and get started in this recession-proof, incredibly lucrative industry! It is literally… without a doubt… the greatest job in the world!

  7. This is a great business to be in. We have been working with a few banks recently that have had us clean up a foreclosure. Some folks leave the place in great shape while other feel like they can just trash it. Selling the A/C condenser, the pool heater. I like the idea of giving the people 500.00 bucks to leave without tearing the place apart. Its money well spent believe me!

  8. I don’t think flyers are going to get you any business. When a place gets foreclosed, the person being foreclosed on does not care what kind of condition they live the property in.
