This is a great business to be in. We have been working with a few banks recently that have had us clean up a foreclosure. Some folks leave the place in great shape while other feel like they can just trash it. Selling the A/C condenser, the pool heater. I like the idea of giving the people 500.00 bucks to leave without tearing the place apart. Its money well spent believe me!

So foreclosure cleaning is the same as a regular cleaning business except it’s only focused on a small niche? Seems to me that a regular cleaning service would do foreclosure cleaning also. Maybe it just dependent upon the type of contracts that you have with different people. You post was really good and seems like a very viable business model.

The foreclosure market here in California has been overloaded for awhile. I know first hand as I am a professional carpet cleaner in mission viejo and have seen all the empty vacancies throughout our city.
This is a real interesting idea. Kind of ironic though that it is a great opportunity to make money because people couldn’t afford to keep the houses in the first place!
