This is sooo sad. People who bought the house should surely be encouraged to stay on as this would surely be in the banks best interests? That would mean that everyone has a stake in keeping the house as nice as possible so as to get the best price, surely?

So far, touch wood! Australia hasn’t had it too bad but in my opinion, the crises isn’t over yet.

Still, it’s good to see that “one persons poison is another persons paradise” or “every cloud has a silver lining” ~ still doesn’t help much though, does it?
